The Multi-rotor Air Classifier is an advanced tool. It accurately classifies fine powders using several rotating wheels. This technology improves how well particles are separated. Working Principle of Multi-rotor Air Classifier
The Multi-rotor Air Classifier uses aerodynamic separation. It has several rotating wheels that classify particles by size and density.
Working Principle:
Material Feeding: Raw material enters the classifier through a feed inlet. It is usually pre-treated to ensure the best processing results.
Airflow Generation: A fan generates high-speed airflow that moves the particles into the classification zone. This airflow creates a drag force that influences particle movement.
Centrifugal Force: When particles enter the classification area, high-speed rotating wheels create centrifugal forces. Lighter and finer particles are carried upward by the airflow, while heavier particles are pushed outward and downward.
Separation Process: The classifier has a secondary air inlet. This feature improves the separation process. It gives larger particles more time in the classification zone. As a result, they can be sorted more effectively.
Discharge: Fine particles are collected and exit through a cyclone separator or dust collector. Coarser particles are discharged separately.
This multi-rotor system works well for many uses. It is efficient and adaptable. Industries like pharmaceuticals, food processing, and mineral processing benefit from it.
